Do you need any arborist skills training for your crew members?

I can teach:

Raking, Proper pruning cuts, Fine pruning, Chipper operation, Chainsaw, Running ropes, Climbing, Cable installation, Bucket truck, Crew leading, Weekly safety meetings, and On-boarding new hires.

My training is best done working one on one with the trainee in the field

where I am embedded with the crew for the day 

and best if we are not under 'production' pressure.

I can also provide and complete 'on-boarding' paperwork to prove your employees have been trained to meet the ANSI standard for new hires.

I charge $100 an hour (with no charge for breaks) plus 72.5 cents per mile port to port from Maynard, MA and payment due at the end of the day.
