The Massachusetts Arborist Association is the only professional trade organization in the state dedicated to the commercial tree care industry. Our membership includes more than 1,000 active arborists, made up of owners, managers, and key decision-makers from Massachusetts’ leading tree care companies.
From residential and commercial to municipal and utility work, MAA members represent every corner of the industry, along with a strong network of allied green professionals. For more than 75 years, MAA has advanced the industry by raising standards and driving business success through education, certification, advocacy, and connection.
Commercial suppliers support and engage with the industry as Associate Members. Their annual dues directly fuel MAA’s mission: delivering education, advancing safety, strengthening the workforce, elevating professional standards, and expanding consumer awareness.
MAA MEETING SPONSORSHIP | ADVERTISE in the MAA NEWS | ARBOR DAY OF SERVICE |
MAA meetings are education-driven and highly focused, drawing a targeted audience of 100-150 engaged industry professionals who attend to learn, improve, and invest in their businesses. Sponsoring an MAA event puts you face-to-face with the people who matter most, making it one of the most effective ways to connect with the association’s network. As a sponsor, you gain direct exposure to skilled professionals and key decision-makers while positioning your company as a trusted partner in professional development alongside a respected industry organization. Your on-site presence includes an introduction from the podium, dedicated table space for materials and product samples, and prominent visibility through logo placement on event signage and presentation slides, along with verbal recognition during the program. A limited outdoor equipment display is also possible. Your brand is also promoted leading up to the event through inclusion in promotional emails, recognition on the event registration page, and acknowledgment across MAA’s social media channels. After the event, your visibility continues with logo placement in post-meeting communications, along with access to an attendee contact list including names, companies, and email addresses for those who opt in.

| In late April, MAA members from across the state take part in a volunteer initiative called Arbor Day of Service. The MAA partners with the local community leaders, to identify projects that could benefit from professional tree care. Projects included tree planting, ornamental pruning and hazard tree removal at sites including town parks, elementary schools, community libraries, and playgrounds across the state. Sponsors demonstrate a strong level of support for the MAA’s Arbor Day of Service initiative and its mission to increase awareness of proper tree care while making a difference in local communities throughout Massachusetts. Arbor Day of Service sponsors receive recognition in all print and electronic event promotion including news releases, signage, newsletters, e-mail blasts & web site.
