ABOUT OUR SPEAKER:
Richard W. Harper, PhD, is a Professor and Extension Urban Forestry Specialist at the University of Massachusetts Amherst. Rick is an ISA Board Certified Master Arborist and Past-President of the New England Chapter of ISA. He currently teaches courses and administers an applied integrated research & extension program in urban & community forestry. He received his Ph.D. in Forest Resources-Arboriculture from UMass and his undergraduate degree in Forest Conservation/Management from Lakehead University in Thunder Bay, Canada.
