RESEARCH PARTICIPANTS NEEDED
Although progress has been made to be more objective, assessing the likelihood of tree failure remains a subjective process. To help understand the factors that might play a role, Dr. Brian Kane at the Stockbridge School would like to invite MAA members to participate in a study on tree risk assessment.
The study will involve a day of assessing trees for likelihood of failure. In addition, a questionnaire will be collected regarding demographic information, your experience, any credentials you hold, and your personal risk tolerance.
The study will take place on Saturday, April 5, 2025.
A minimum of FOUR HOURS is required of each participant.
Coffee, donuts and light lunch will be provided.
CEUs Available: 1 MCA Education credit, ISA credit pending.
Additional details will be circulated as the date gets closer!
