a recommended program of study. The Study Guide is general in nature, to
serve as a primer. The items discussed in the Study Guide should be used
or practiced only by those properly trained, educated and experienced in the
field of arboriculture. Certification candidates should be aware that the Study
Guide does not necessarily represent the full range of examination content. Certification candidates should also be aware that the reference list included
in the Study Guide does not attempt to include all acceptable reference
material, nor is it suggested that the MCA examination is necessarily based
